Elaina Mejia joined the Office of General Counsel in 2024 after honing her administrative and paralegal skills over sixteen years. She serves as a Paralegal in the Health Care Practice Group. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Mejia worked for the State of Missouri and in the Governmental Affairs section of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.
